Python Developer/AI Engineer Senior Engineer – (Technology)

Reports To:

We are hiring Python Developer/AI Engineer Senior Engineer – (Technology) for one of our key clients.

Position Title:
Python Developer/AI Engineer Senior Engineer – (Technology)

Location: Remote (Based in Bangladesh)
Working Days: Monday- Friday

Job Purpose:
To develop and maintain scalable Python applications, implement Machine Learning solutions, work with data-driven initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.

Principal Accountabilities:

Key Result Areas Major Activities
Python Application Development Develop, test, and maintain Python applications and scripts.
Machine Learning Development Design and implement Machine Learning models and integrate them into applications.
Data Processing & Analysis Work with data including cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis to support ML initiatives.
Application Performance & Scalability Optimize code for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Debugging & Troubleshooting Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
Code Quality & Best Practices Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.

Skills & Knowledge:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

 

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of professional Python development experience
  • Strong background in Machine Learning is ideally preferred

 

 Functional Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and version control systems
  • Experience with data manipulation libraries such as NumPy and Pandas
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus
  • Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is preferred
  • Exposure to containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred

  • Ability to deliver within deadlines

 

Salary:

  • 100K – 150K (Based on experience)
