Key Accounts Manager – BPO

Full Time Dhaka BPO / Finance Operations

Reports To: Head of Operations / Director – BPO

Job Purpose

To manage and oversee key client accounts within the BPO division while ensuring accurate financial reporting, operational excellence, and strong client relationship management. The role is responsible for supervising financial account preparation, analyzing financial performance, improving internal controls, and ensuring high client satisfaction through efficient service delivery and process optimization.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Manage end-to-end key client accounts within BPO vertical.
  • Ensure accurate preparation & review of financial statements under deadlines.
  • Drive internal control improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery.
Major Challenges
  • Managing multiple client accounts while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
  • Ensuring timely preparation and review of financial statements under strict deadlines.
  • Handling client expectations and resolving operational or financial issues effectively.
  • Maintaining strong internal controls while improving operational efficiency.
  • Coordinating between cross-functional teams and stakeholders for smooth service delivery.
Key Decisions
  • Prioritization of client deliverables and operational activities.
  • Reviewing and validating financial reports and account statements.
  • Recommending process improvements and internal control measures.
  • Escalation and resolution of client-related operational issues.
  • Coordination and allocation of tasks among team members.
Skills and Knowledge
Educational Qualification: BBA/MBA in Accounting, Finance or related field. Partly qualified ACCA/CA/CMA preferred.
Experience: 5–8 years in BPO, Finance, Accounting, or Key Account Management. Experience in financial reporting, client management, company formation is highly preferred.
Functional Skills:
  • Strong understanding of financial statements & accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of final accounts preparation & financial analysis.
  • Client relationship management & stakeholder communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
  • Understanding internal controls & process improvement.

Supply Chain Executive / Officer

Full Time Gulshan 1, Dhaka Supply Chain / Operations

Reports To: CEO

Job Purpose

To manage end-to-end supply chain operations including import processes, warehouse coordination, vendor management, and regulatory compliance. The role ensures smooth execution of procurement, logistics, documentation, and delivery while maintaining cost efficiency and operational excellence.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Oversee import-export lifecycle, LC operations, and customs clearance.
  • Manage warehouse inventory and coordinate with CNF agents & transporters.
  • Develop vendor relationships and negotiate for cost optimization.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with customs, VAT, and trade policies.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and resolve logistics disruptions.
Major Challenges
  • Managing multiple stakeholders (banks, suppliers, CNF agents, internal teams) simultaneously.
  • Ensuring compliance with changing government regulations and customs policies.
  • Handling delays in import clearance and logistics disruptions.
  • Maintaining cost efficiency while ensuring timely delivery.
Key Decisions
  • Selection and coordination of suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Prioritization of shipments and deliveries.
  • Negotiation support on pricing and delivery timelines.
  • Ensuring compliance adherence in operational processes.
Skills and Knowledge
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Logistics / Finance or related field.
Experience: 1–5 years in supply chain / import-export / warehouse operations. Practical experience in LC, CNF, customs, and logistics coordination is required.
Functional Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation.
  • Understanding of VAT, customs regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of procurement and warehouse management processes.
Behavioral Competencies:
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Negotiation and vendor management ability.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel for warehouse visits and operational follow-ups. Ability to handle multi-functional responsibilities efficiently.
